Hjem is a new product for buying and selling homes. Initiated by Norway's leading real estate companies, the product was born from the need for a more modern and flexible solution for estate agents. Hjem aims to support customers throughout the entire housing journey, creating better conditions for the right home to find the right owner through smart technology.
But how do you challenge the existing market leader? Together, we built the foundation for the new brand through a clear brand strategy that guided the concept, name, creative principles and product focus. At the heart of the idea lies the magical partner, embodied by Bo, Hjem’s helpful character who assists both estate agents and customers throughout the process. The goal: to make the journey simpler and smarter, a simplicity also reflected in the visual expression.
Launched in April 2024, Hjem.no has already achieved solid results and taken a strong market position. And the journey has just begun.
